  • Has my order been shipped yet? If so, how can I track my package?"
    We usually ship all orders within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped. You will receive a separate email with the tracking information. Please contact if you haven’t received a notification.
  • My order has arrived damaged, what to do?"
    Of course we would like to solve this unfortunate situation for you, but we need some more information about the damaged order. Please, contact us an email at within 3 days. We need a few things from you before we can send you a new shipment. Please send us the following images by email: 1. Image of the damaged packaging, with the shipping label visible. 2. Image of the inside of the damaged package- one image of the damaged product 3. Detailed images of the damaged product. We need this images to hand over to the shipping company. When we have received and assessed the correct information from your side, we will send you a new shipment.
  • I gave a wrong (shipping) address to my order, what can I do?"
    Please send us an email at and we will assist you further.
  • How do I return an item?
    Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns unless the package is unopened and fully sealed. The package can be returned by sending an email to Please do note that you will be charged a contribution fee for the return shipment (€ 5,00 for A4 prints and € 7,00 for A3 prints). We also offer store credit at our discretion so should any issue arise please contact us within 14 days after placement of the order. Please send us an email at so that the matter can be resolved.
  • Is it possible to order custom/personal art work?
    Yes it is possible to order custom artwork. Fill in the contact form or send us an email at and we will answer your request as soon as possible. Please note: we charge extra costs for custom products, and custom/personal products are non-returnable.
