SHIPPING & RETURNS
We usually ship all orders in 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped. If you didn't receive a shipping notification after 7 business days? Please send us an email at email@example.com
When your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking information. When you have questions about the tracking information, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
For The Netherlands, your order will be delivered at your home in 1-5 days after receiving the track & trace information by mail.
If your order is delayed you can see the information in the tracking information by mail. If you not sure if everything is right in the shipment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns unless the package is unopened and fully sealed.

Please do note that you will be charged for the full costs of the return shipment. We also offer store credit at our discretion so should any issue arise please contact us within 14 days after placement of the order. Please send us an email at so that the matter can be resolved.
